Shanzay Hayat, Miss Pakistan World 2013, won three sub-titles as well: Miss Talent, Miss Popularity & Miss Perfect Ten. Hayat got the most online votes which got her the Popularity title and then performed the best talent (a belly dancing routine) and finally the title for the best body.
